• Our basis is First come, First serve.
• All transactions are done in Malaysia Ringgit (RM).
• Buying is at your own risk.
• All of our clothings are BRAND NEW.
• Shipping fee is not included with the stated price along with the item. Please take note that there will be a minimal charge of the shipping fee depending on the weight of the items and location of postage.
• Reservations are allowed only if you are serious in purchasing. No backouts or exchange are allowed when confirmation is done.
• Items sold are not refundable or exchangeable. We will be as specific as possible for every item that buyers refer to.
• Due to setting of the monitor, colours might be slightly different with the picture posted, therefore, we will state the actual color of the item.
• All of customers information provided to us will be kept private & confidential.
• By purchasing from our website, you are agreeing to our terms and condtitions.

Payment Method

• We only accept payments to our MAYBANK account at the moment.
• You can choose to pay by Online Banking, ATM Transfer, Cash Deposit or Over-The-Counter bank-in.
• Please take note that payment via Interbank/Giro Transfers usually takes 24 to 48 hours to clear.

Order Procedure

Step 1:

Browse through our collection. Read through the different material and colours of the clothings that we have.

Step 2:

Step 3:

Please wait for our reply WITHIN 24 - 48 HOURS. Make sure you check your spam/bulk inbox as emails might end up there. You will receive a confirmation from us with our bank information and an exact amount to bank in.

Step 4:

Bank in or transfer the payment to our account MAYBANK within 3 days after receiving our confirmation through email. If there is no reply from you, your order will be released to other interested buyers. We only accept payments to our MAYBANK account at the moment. Step 5:

We will email you the tracking code of the shipment for your reference. Please note that delivery time frame varies around 3-5 working days depending on postage method and postage location.

Step 6:

Please notify us via email once you have received your parcel. If we do not hear from you within 7 days after the delivery, we will take it as if you have already received the goods.

Delivery method

• Buyers will bare the shipping cost.
• Please ensure that your shipping address has someone in during daytime as PosLaju requires signature upon delivery. If not, they will drop the parcel at the nearest post office and you will have to collect it there yourself.
• We do combine postages if you purchased more items from us. All items will be packed nicely and we will not responsible for damages or lost cases during shipping process.
• We do not COD as it is too time consuming.
• Please drop us an email once you have banked in the money/cash deposit/fund transfer with your name, contact number and shipping address.
• Attention: Our items is in SARAWAK. The postage fee is stated below:

About RM 6.00 for first 500g and RM 4.00 for each consequent 250g

Sabah/Sarawak
