Order Procedure

Step 1:
Browse through our collection. Read through the different material and colours of the clothings that we have.

Step 2:
You can always email us at darkchocolate.closet@gmail.com Any reservations can be done through email. Reservation is valid up to 3 days. Our purchasing form (Please copy and paste it into your email)

Step 3:
Please wait for our reply WITHIN 24 - 48 HOURS. Make sure you check your spam/bulk inbox as emails might end up there. You will receive a confirmation from us with our bank information and an exact amount to bank in.

Step 4:
Bank in or transfer the payment to our account MAYBANK within 3 days after receiving our confirmation through email. If there is no reply from you, your order will be released to other interested buyers. We only accept payments to our MAYBANK account at the moment. You can choose to pay by Online Banking, ATM Transfer, Cash Deposit or Over-The-Counter bank-in. Please take note that payment via Interbank/Giro Transfers usually takes 24 to 48 hours to clear. Please email us the details of payment such as transaction date and amount after your successful transaction. Items will only be shipped out once you have emailed us about your payment details.

Step 5:
We will email you the tracking code of the shipment for your reference. Please note that delivery time frame varies around 3-5 working days depending on postage method and postage location.

Step 6:
Please notify us via email once you have received your parcel. If we do not hear from you within 7 days after the delivery, we will take it as if you have already received the goods.
